1. What Claw Analytics Is

Claw Analytics ("the Service") is an AI-powered analytics assistant that connects to your Google Analytics account and delivers insights through messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, iMessage, Telegram). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person — don't share your account credentials

3. Google Analytics Access

When you connect your Google Analytics:

  • You authorize us to access your analytics data in read-only mode
  • You confirm you have the right to grant this access (you own or manage the GA property)
  • We will never modify, delete, or write to your Google Analytics account
  • You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access analytics data you don't have permission to view
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
  • Use automated tools to overwhelm our systems
  • Resell or redistribute insights without permission
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. AI-Generated Insights

Important things to know about our AI:

  • Insights are generated by AI and may not always be perfectly accurate
  • Charts and summaries are based on your Google Analytics data but involve interpretation
  • Do not make critical business decisions based solely on AI-generated insights — always verify important data
  • We continuously improve accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correctness

6. Pricing & Billing

  • Free plan: Available at no cost with usage limits
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly. You can cancel anytime
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for annual plans if you cancel within 14 days

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Your data — Your analytics data remains yours. We claim no ownership.
  • Our service — The Claw Analytics platform, brand, and technology are our intellectual property.
  • Generated content — Charts and insights generated for you can be used, shared, and distributed freely by you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You can close your account at any time by emailing us
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, we'll delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
